Hi everyone:
I am an emotional freedom practitioner and survivor of abuse and trauma. Having said that, I would like to expound on that subject in this blog. I used hypnosis and EFT to overcome abuse and trauma. Let me explain how this works. When you have a trauma, it is stored in the body. By that I mean just this. The body is made up of electrical systems.. Hence when you have an EKG, they are measuring that electrical systems.. If there is no electrical system, you no long exist. Simple as that. We work with the same meridian systems the acupuncturist work with. The only difference is we tap on those systems we don't use needles. And for some of you including me that is a blessing. When you have been in a trauma that trauma is stored in the body. Let me give you an example. Think of something that has bothered you or made you a little angry. Don't go into anything large. Just something small like someone cut you off in your car. You will feel that little Zing in your system. Pay attention to where that is in your body. That is what we work with. This is a block in your energy system. I has been proven that a block may manifest itself into a physical issue if not addressed. When we are stressed out for example we may have a headache as a result, or our blood pressure may go up. These are examples of what we call in the field, mind body connections. I use hypnosis as well as EFT when I work with trauma survivors for this reason. The EFT takes care of the blocks, the hypnosis helps to eliminate the negative self talk that can block you progress to move forward from the event it self. I will talk more about that in my next blog. I would like to refer all of you to a wonderful website that give valuable free information. Please visit this and take notes. www. emofree.com. I can't begin to tell you how helpful this can be for you. I must say however, if you are experiencing PTSD, panic attacks, or any other disorders, please seek professional help. Till next time, everyone please have a wonderful day. www.eftandnlp2.com Stacey Giovanni
